Could 2 oscars, 1 Chocolate Cichlid, and 1 Nicaraguan Cichlid stay i'n a 120(4x2x2) tank with 1 JEBO 839, Fluval 104, and a large internal filter?

Excluding the Choc and Nic, I'd say you are pushing it having just the 2 O alone in a 120g tank. Specially since it's only 4ft long. I personally wouldn't do it.

doubt it, 2 O's in that small of a tank could be dangerous for each other if their territorial, or for the other fish if they pair up.
