Wow, that's some list. You could keep the following together:

Lepedilolamprologus Kendalli
Wild Trio Cyph. gibberosa Moba Blue Congo
and either Neolamprologus Leleupi**Orange** or Neolamp. cylindricus. I would not mix them. I think the Buescheri would become food over time with the Kendalli's. Ocellatus do not belong in this set up at all (way too small) nor do Tropheus (diet). I have never kept Paracyps so I'm not sure if they can hang with the Kendalli. The other fish are not from Tanganyika and I NEVER mix lakes. Good luck on whatever you decide.

 
Either take out the Fronts or make the tank for them only....
