I'm going to say no but I could be wrong. I don't think hartwegi is one of the species that typically grows a large nuchal hump but again, I could be wrong. there's also an aweful lot of red all over the body and most of the vieja/paratheraps that have read have it only around the head area. I'd say that fish looks flowerhornish but let's see what some others have to say. :)

To be honest i have never seen a hartwegi that looks like that. the nucal hump is very big, it may well have hartwegi in it but i reckon its a kind of flower horn, nice fish all the same though.

I also concur that hartwegi are usually not that red body wise plus the nuchal hump is to large for all veja except snyspillum.

Definatly NOT a Hartwegi.
Thats a flowerhorn for sure.
You can tell with the black markings along the side.
I hate FH's, But that has a massive hump, Which Im sure would be liked in the FH community.

Cheers

Everything you deal in Skinny is flowerhorn, we knwo that.

Beautiful fish. if not because of the pearls, i looks just like flowerhorn. this is mix breed, i think hartwegi x flowerhorn (cmiiw)
