can you put ammonia remover in a filter for red eared slider turtle? cuz right now i have carbon in it OR i can put BOTH??

id say both. but who knows for sure? not me

I would say let nature go its way and simply wait untill the nitrogen cicle is complete, until then keep your turt tank as low populated as possible and keep the water changes up. Or ask a friend hobbist for a used freshwater filter sponge and...bigo instant cicling:D

Carbon is a good filter material if you also have a sponge:D

I would think it would work. I like to think of RES as big shellie oscars :)
