Astronotus ocellatus 4-5"

Other's:nilly:

Lepisosteus oculatus 16" and 8"

The only potential problem could arise if you have a predominantly male tank; if you got all(or nearly all) females you should have no problems(make sure the Jag at least is a female, as a male will claim most of your 7ft tank).

I have a 255gal 7 footer(84 x 27 x 28) with the following cichlids...
2x Oscars(1m 1 fm)
2 x JDs(1m 1 fm)
1 x GT(male)
1 x Salvini(fm)
1 x Festae(fm)
1 x blackbelt(fm)
1 x Rottkeil Sev(m)
1 x S. Jurupari(m)
1 x Con(m)
1 x Uro(fm)
1 x C. Johanna(m...I think)
1 x Jag(fm)

And I have very little agro, the trick is to get females of the very aggressive species and males of the less aggressive types

i think it would work except the o's may have a problem they may not be able to hang with the others.

Yep. If you don't already have the fish a good idea might be to start with a larger O, larger than the other fish anyway.

yeah should be fine..except the o's

ok

you think it will work!

well I will try it but I will get rid of the oscars

so if i can only get one of each in there?
