can two bp x fh breed?

well as it says in the title, is this possible.

as the female of the pair had layed and the mael was doing his bit until they got spooked and ate the eggs.

this is the first attempt at a spawn from this pair that i have witnessed as they are not my fish they are my gfs.

if a lay was successful could the eggs be fertilized by such a hybrid.

i know most bp are not fertile but would bp x fh be.

yeah iv seen one on this forum. guy had it titled short body FH. but it must have had BP in it because of the mouth and the body shape, it had awsome FH color though.

I think the OP is talking about 2 kilin parrots breeding. Are the fish BP bodies with FH colors, or are we talking about a FH breeding with a BP? If both are kilin parrots then chances are slim. If male is a FH and female is the BP then chances are good.

Im sorry but kilin and short bodied fh are not parrot cross's im sure of it.But i have seen parrot fh cross's and they look normaly like a fh maybe a little thicker with the possibilty to fade to red or orange.And if there kilin parrots the female can breed normaly but not the male.

basically x2. the chance of kilins(parrot shaped FH's), being fertile is pretty low, but time will tell if they do it again.
