can u keep parrots or toucans in socal and how big of a tank or cage would i keep them in i was also thinking of putting a real palm like a queen palm in the cage

You even have parrot breeders in S.Ca so you can keep them. Ca doesnt allow certain pets but parrots are fine.
Toucans I dont know and as a whole they need lots of flight room .
Cage depends on the bird you have to know about the bird,research it once you decide on what type you want .
Many here keep lots diff types of birds once you decide the type ask about it before getting it. I myself like finches lol but as of now dont have any.
