can u mix shrimp with

Never kept them with botias, but certain shrimp are ok with certain corydoras. What species of cory and shrimp are you looking at?

Shouldn't be any problems. Just so you know, caridina japonica is an invalid name. This species was discovered to be the same as priorly discovered caridina multidentata.

I have no experience mixing with the botia species, Wurm should know. I'm pretty sure he has done this combo.

the dwarf chain loach works well with shrimps.

clowns are fine too, aslong as you have alot of plants and decor for the shrimp to dart to if they get chased.

clown loaches get to 12 inches as adults and i'm sure they could eat shrimp. most botia genus loaches would probably leave them alone, though.

if their predatory cats the rule is always what they can fit in their mouth they'll eat so u can go by that dude I've had cory cats who ate guppies so its a gamble
