Can we figure out a way to stop certain members spamming posts?

for the last couple days ive seen probly 50% of the posts on the newposts section all by one member and the posts a ridiculous dergrading and just plain old spam. is there anyway to stop this?

members can use the report button for posts in any thread, not just for your own.

Within the posting members box, at bottom right side, is a triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. press that.
