Can we identify a baby arowana's gender?

I have a 5inch silver arowana . Can i know its gender by looking at it. As far as i know and have searched. It hard to differentiate between male and female when they are small.

Unfortunately no... its almost impossible to sex them just by looking

Some say that once they get older/adults, they can sex them by the shape of the mouth as the male has a bigger/deeper mouth to hold the babies however, I think you need to be very experienced and have many arowanas in your care to be able to compare them maybe then you can possibly make a better decision....
