Can you breed brine shrimp?

I don't know why you would want to when you get the eggs for pretty cheap

Best food is spirulina powder or put them in a container in the backyard with lots of algae in it. Some say use egg yolk but that will stink up the room quick and they will die eventually.
If you're feeding fry, just get 1/2 lb. of decapsulated brine shrimp from kensfish for just $8. No need to hatch and heachade free.

I start the eggs out in these bowls
I harvest the artemia until they are seemingly depleted
then toss whats left into these outdoor, shallow ponds April thru Nov, many hatch out there.
I always get loads of semi and adult artemia throughout this time, and even see adults carrying eggs.
Because they are shallow, the ponds are always green with algae.
