I gave my 12 inch rhomb to my roomate, tank included. I still got to see it and everything, he just wanted a fish in his room and he dident want to spend money. I did this under the condition that he would eat the fish once it died. Well, 2 days ago that time came. It is about 14 inches now and is in our freezer. Can you get any diseases from eating a well cooked piranha?

did you put it in the freezer right away? do you know what it died of?

if it's well cooked enough you can eat pretty much any non-poisonous animal.

you should not eat the piranha. a lot of chemicals we use in our aquariums specifically say not to use on animals that are meant for human consumption

:wall:

If you had never used meds on the p, and it was still fresh when you put him in the freezer it will be okay. amazonian people eat p's all the time.

I also call BS on this. Make all of us a eat our words and take pics of the cooked fiash and you guys eating it...

Why would you make him eat it? Thats just stupid.....I know that you can eat P's and arowana's and bass but.....it's not a pet the people are eating...:screwy:
Anyhow, you got WAY too many fish in a little 20 gallon....you CK alone will grow BIGGER then the tank you have got it in. Same with JUST your oscar.

4 red bellies
1 red devil
1 clown knife fish
1 oscar
20 gallons of pure fury!
