I am brand new. Hi everyone. I have a 30 gallon freshwater tank. I recently have had a problem with high ammonia readings. My fish do not look distressed though. I have done 15 to 20 percent water changes once to twice a week. Vacuumed parts of gravel. Have a biowheel and a power filter. Added ammonia pads to filters.
Use stability, prime, ammo remover. Ph is fine. I do not overfeed, if anything I don't feed enough. I ordered the algone to see if that will help, plus I am thinking of getting the bioblocks. Can anyone help me, as I need to do something fast. W/C is not working. even after 20% twice a week, it is not helping. My tank has been set up 3 months. I have cloudy white water after water changes that sticks around for days....Help? Advice on algone, bioblocks? Anything?
