Can you help me read this water report?

I asked my water company for a water analysis report, and they sent me back a link to the monthly water report... the only problem is.. I'm not sure what I'm looking at and/or for exactly. Could you those of you who are techno-water-savvy have a gander and point out if there's something I should be watching for/ worried about?
Currently I treat with prime, and waterchange straight from the tap. I currently keep discus, EBJDs, severums and fronts.

Seems they don't use chloramine to treat the water. Everything looks to be ok. Prime should do the job for you. Dose the volumne of the tank then add your tap water.
