Can you ID these Puffers please?

Hello MFK,

I saw these at an Wholesale market in Bombay. Can you give me the exact scientific names of these fish?

These are very enticing, but obviously, I will do all the research about these before deciding to keep any of these. Hence, this request for scientific names.

I think there are (at least) two separate species in this pic.

The top one looks like the Giant Puffer (Tetraodon mbu) and the lower one looks like Green pufferfish (Tetraodon fluviatilis). Can you please confirm?

The price was too nominal (about 1.5 USD for a pair!) for this to be anything too exotic

My guess would be that they are Tetraodon fluviatilis... Basically a high-end brackish to full marine species of puffer...
 
Correct ID on the lower ones but the top looks to maybe a Tetraodon Sabahensis:
