Looks like a L023 Liposarcus pardalis, one of the many "Common plecos". I'm not the best with the diffeerent commons though, and I'm going off the Aqualog L book.
 
L. Pardalis, common pleco. Has a birth defect, or had a broken back somewhere in his life.

what makes you say that? is it going to harm him later on, or just something normal that happens?
 
You can see a curve in his spine, below the back end of his dorsal fin. This probably will do him no harm, depending on what the cause was.
 
duno could just be the photo. Nice picture of one though... action shots of plecos are great as they are so rare...
