Hey pick this guy up for $7.00 In a tank full of some other fish cant remember i think its a peacock bass, but i dont know what kind, if any one can help

still to young to call. most likely it's mono or ocell or mocell.

ya i know, ive tryed feeding it but it won't eat, i was getting ready to go get some baby guppie feeders to put in there with him. what do you think
 
i think live is the only way to go at that size!!! do not starve anytime soon. Small cichla get stressed easily so, keep temperature around 87deg. keep feeding and get more cichla!!! GL you pbass should look like mine when I was feeding them at that size...i will post some pics
 
wow , thanks i just thought that he was not ready to eat, ive tryed sinking and floating pellets and frozen blood worms, he has been really active so i just thought that he was still not use to his new home, i got 15 guppies and he ate all of them in 2 seconds , how often should i feed him the guppies? sorry for the stupidity the guy at the pet store said he will be fine with pellets, but im dum for listening to him they had it in a tank full of some other fish.
