I was thinking that also, but the guys at shark aquarium told me he wasn't a jade goby..

Where do you see a Snakehead...? I see a fish with two dorsal fins and a short, heavy head. Snakeheads have one dorsal fin, and usually a broad, streamlined head.
I'd agree it's a Jade Goby. It's definitely 100% some type of Sleeper Goby, though. Whatever it is, it's a good looking fish.
