can you put a motoro stingray with a tea cup stingray?

Umm I'm not sure if they will breed but I'm pretty sure you can put them in the same tank as long as they're the same size. I know the motoro will grow quite a bit faster though

Yes you can but the motoro's grow a lot faster and can over power them for food etc and could also hurt them but you would have to just watch them closely. I would suggest you try to get larger tea cups if at all possible. I have housed them together many times and that's kinda the only issues I seen personally is the food for the most part.

yes, you can.
My LFS has motoros and retics in the same tank, and it is fine. just be sure that the retic (tea cup) gets its share of food.
We're talking about long term, not short term inside an LFS. Are you talking about the BA in scarborough? If you are, then thats the reason why the retics are basically starving to death...

no, not BA.
tropical fish room in brantford. he's had them living there together for half a year now, and they all get their share of food.
i bought 2 retics off of him, so there's only 1 retic left in the tank, and right now only other inhabitants are a motoro and royal motoro.
had some pearls and another type in there too, but sold.

I wouldnt do it and if i did it would be temporary whilst they are young as you will find that the motoro will outgrow the retic and become much too dominant (especially during feeding time) and that could lead to bites and agression and a much bigger motoro could cause some serious damage, and im sure that they could breed but id only imagine that it would happen is you had a large female retic and a small but mature male motoro, probably a marble as they do tend to stay smaller.
