Can you silicone wood to glass

I want to place a piece of plywood the same size of my back panel of glass on the outside which has a large 2 directional crack. What can i use to make it stick?

You could def silicone it... how much silicone depends though... how heavy the peice is and what not

Use a glass piece instead.

Glass would be a better fix. Even if you are able to silicone the wood to the glass it will only work for a while.
But if you use glass it would last as long as the silicone last.
