Can you tell what worm my fish has

OK so about 2 weeks ago I started treat my fish with prazi and metro beacause some of them had white / clear feces and some of my fish were flashing a lot (I know it wasn't ich beacause they were flashing and developmented no white spots and were still flashing days later) I'm pretty sure it was flukes and it's gone now. But some of my fish still have white stringy feces. I know some parisites can't be cured with metro and prazi and I'm not exactly sure what parisite I have and if it's getting better and what I'm doing is working or not. So I snapped some pics of my jack Dempseys white poop and I noticed a white "pod" in it which may or may not mean anything but I have no idea what it is maybe it's a dead work I have no idea. Here are some pics. Do the pics help determine exactly what type of worms my fish have so I don't have to keep blinding giving them prazi and hoping it's a work prazi will treat? Also if my meds are working would it cause an increase in white feces? And my green terror has had these clear feces for a while, not white but clear, he had some today but it was also brownish which might mean it's improving???

Also the white feces seems to stay in the fish for a while hanging out before it is expelled and here are some better shots of it, also my green terror has regular feces and clear feces, I'm pretty sure he used to only have clear feces do I guess that's an improvement.

how are the fish acting? If it is a parasite you can try levamisole gets a little different spectrum of worms. What kind of course of prazi and metro did you do? Doesn't have to be a parasite but definitely could be

The green terrors improved and has normal colored feces now and everyone is acting great except the jack Dempsey (who is doing better) he eats a little but didn't go crazy for the food(which is soaked in Epsom salt) I have yet to see his feces and don't know if it's still white. I did prazi every 3 days a few doses and 2 doses of metro while using prazi and metro soaked food for a Few days, and when the metro(API general cure) arrives I'll do food soaks in that with Epsom salt. I have heard about levimisole and that it attacks different worms, if I don't see any improvement I may try that but I'm almost positive I'm dealing with hex, all the signs point to it. The Epsom soaked food helped and there's an article on mfk about how it works wonders on hex plus all the symptoms my fish had lead me to believe I have hex.
