Can you tell which dirftwood has been plecoed?

These are 3 of the 4 pieces of driftwood I'm putting into my 580G pleco community tank. Can you tell which one has been gnawed on by many plecos for a year?

I would say the first one, due to the thinning of the branches. And option C is too black to be gnawed on for a year by a pleco the wood would not turn black unless it was untouched?


B looks like its been that way for years- none of my driftwood has that "choppy" look after years in my pleco tanks

and Im jealous you got killer pieces of dritwood!!!

those are some cool pieces regardless. It boggles the mine how a tree would ever grow those pieces. Are they roots?
