hey i have a bubble wall airstone going across the back of my tank and my canister intake is on that side. i can always move it it if comes down to it although i dont really want to. the intake is sucking up a few of the bubbles and i can see them some out of the spray bar. but it this bad for the filter? like the impeller or motor?

OK, not to thread jack, but....

My Cascade1200 seams to get bubbles in it a lot., the intake is *just* under 4' away from, any bubbler....Any reasoning behind this?!

I can hear the pump cavitating about every 15 minutes or so...

Yes, you should move the airstone away from the filter intake.

100%, move the airstone away from the intake . . . makes the filter less efficient, and also typically makes it noisy, which sux . . .
