canister filter rateing?

Fluval 105 and Fluval 204. what one is better suited for my self i have a 75 south american tank and plan on doing a 55 planted tank if that gives a lil background. i have an oppurtunity to buy one of these. please help

i have a fluval 405 on my 75 gallon African tank it works great
i don't think the 105 and the 204 will be enough for a 75 gallon

depending on what your planing on stocking your tank with you will most likely want to over filter it id go a step above what the recommended tank size says on advertisement south americans can be pretty messy eaters and will require more filtration

agreed..
just sell the 2 filters for whatever you can get for them..and get a 403 at least..
