canned insects for oscar

is it okay to feed Oscar fish canned insects from Zoomed and Fluker as a main diet?

Not sure but canned pellets are probably better for the O.

As a supplement to a varied diet, insects are OK. As a main diet, it's not a good idea unless you're dealing with primarily insectivorous species.

Thank You Oddball Then i will use canned insect to add variety to my Oscar diet, been feeding him pellets from Kenfish and frozen shrimp and was thinking it could be whole menu.

That's a lot of protein a little vegetable based food thrown into the mix wouldn't hurt either.
