I have a 125 gal poly tank with several upper jaw polys ranging in size from 8-14". In another 125 I have some smaller juvie polys ranging in size from 4-6" (2 upper jaw and 2 lower jaw) all eat very well and are very healthy. Can I put the smaller 4 in with the larger group without fear of them being eaten?

I honestly wouldn't. I personally think that a 10" differential is the limit in poly difference (max limit). My duo between my 4" teugelsi and my 10" palmas palmas is working out just fine for me. But then you also have to look at the behavior of the polys. I have a SB sen that continually harasses my 7-8" polys. But i think that with 4-5 weeks of good feeding and water changes you'r smaller polys will close that gap pretty fast.
