If you have a 600 gallon plus tank or pond or are planning one in the next year or so, go for it. Otherwise, I would consider going another direction. Both of those breeds grow at a tremendous rate and require quite a bit of space.

well RTC if you got the space or the TSN if you want a long catfish...but the thing about the TSN they seem to like bashing their face onto the tank walls and gets F***ed up by dashing around the tank really fast
