Cant feed my Pleco.

I can't seem to feed my Comm. Pleco. I started off just dropping whole disk in the tank. But after 20mins or less my Oscar ill come out after he's done feeding and swallow the disk.. I tried to hide the algae disc in corner and in different places of the tank to only find them all gone in less then an hour and my Oscar with it crammed in his mouth. Ive also tried breaking them into small pieces hopping my Pleco would just suck one up.. But still my Oscar will find the pieces and pick at them.

So thats my problem. The Pleco starting to suck on my other fish too.. He has a belly going on him so i know he's getting something to eat. Should i make a small cave for him on a wall and drop food into it for him? I have black pvc all around my tank but this Pleco more out and about during the day.

Give him a hiding place where only he can get in and out and drop
food in there.
 
Got any good links on making some? Ive been using black pvc the 3inch i think i can pipe in his food and hope he finds it.. He kind of push the food all over when hes munching.

what size pleco and Oscar?

It hard to keep Foods in PVC pipe. Some kinda hut shape hiding place like a clay pot. Make the hole on the bottom of the clay pot to fit the pleco then place the pot up side down in the tank and drop the food in to the hole if you make the hole just right your Oscar can get his big head pass the hole.
Your pleco may be scared of the pot

At first but once he smell food he'll find it.
 
My pvc pipe works good but he will push out the food and lose it. Ill have to keep looking for something like a clay pot cuz hes almost 6inch now.

Feed the oscar, and the pleco will eat all the pieces that fall out of the oscar's mouth and gills, or just keep doing what you are doing.
It doesn't sound like he's starving.
