Capa is not piraiba. Piraiba is not capa. The title and the posts above are confusing. To me anyway.
To me this fish looks to be a Brachyplatystoma capapretum aka capa aka false piraiba.
It is not Brachyplatystoma filamentosum aka piraiba.
But indeed, the photos are not ID friendly.
