Captive Arowana Spawn on MFK's

Can anyone refresh my memory on which member pulled off a spawn from these guys?

My pair of silvers spawned in my 300 counter tank (I had a thick smoke glass top on the tank and used it as my register counter). The pair were 2 that paired up from a group of 5 I grew out. 12 fry survived developing to 4" (post yolk sac) then, I sold them off. The spawning wasn't planned in any way and they never spawned a second time for me.

That is awesome! Never heard of that ever! How big was the pair?

Thanks Oddball . That's a great accomplishment. Can you recall the time of year and if it was a heated environment?

They spawned towards the beginning of the year. The tank wasn't heated but, the hatchery was heated to 78-80F. The front office would drop to the low to mid-70s since the thermostat was in the main hatchery.
