Well I hosted our church small group at my house tonight. We were all in the living room where my 200 gallon tank is which houses a 9" mature male marble, 10" mature male aparicio, two 10-10.5" female marbles, and a 12" female pearl/motoro. One lady in our group said you have a ray biting the fire out of another. I looked and the 9" male was on the bigger 10.5" female. He was spinning her in circles. I told everyone to freeze and not make a sound. About that time he rolled under her and stuck her. He did his deed for about 45 seconds then he come out sperm flying. The female was captive bred by Jimr and is around 4 1/2 years old, the male was wild and came in close to 3 years ago at 8" and mature. Once he was done my aparicio got fired up and tried to mate her as well but I do not think he got her. The funny thing is the male was so smooth he did not even leave a mark on her. So if I did not see it I would of never known. Going to be a long wait!

This morning she swam up on the glass and she has male ray goo seeping out of her. Not sure if they got her again last night or that was still from the first act.
