Caquetaia kraussi Spawning

My wild pair of 'kraussi' are putting down a large spawn, despite being harassed by a 10" Green Terror male. After establishing a pair bond several days ago, they have gotten down to "doing the deed".The eggs must number in the thousands!

Gorgeous fish. Have have some small ones and seeing yours definitely makes me anxious to see them as adults!

Thanks. The male is presently about 9-10", the female around 6". They are a year old.
