Hey guys just wondering what the local consensus is on carbon block filters, best cheap ones how long they last etc. Just removing chlorine thanks

I'm using 2 different ones, one a 5 micron and the other a 1 micron, from Amazon and they work perfectly fine.
The 5 micron are from Water Filters Depot. The 1 micron is a Pentek. Cheap and no problems.

I run 2 of these at a time currently, with a 5 micron an 1 micron sediment filter ahead of them. I run them 6 months, 3 months in position B then rotate forward and put a new one in the back. Dripping ~50-60GPD
