Minimum Tank size 300-400g for life, bigger is better as they do get quite large. Temp would vary depending on if you are looking at a Northern or Southern Strain but the temp is very wide, as for the Northern strains they live in anything from just above freezing up to high 70s with Southern strains living in even higher temps. Room temp would be a good option. Size depends on how long you can keep it alive the world record is somewhere around 22lbs I believe. Filtration, more would be better as they are messy eaters. Food is anything they can get in their mouth, but you can try various types of live food, working into frozen and then eventual a high quality pellet to make things easy.
