Cardinal tetras=Howe BREED

I have an uncle who keeps lots of tetras.Is there any way To make the Cardinal Tetras breed?

gO TO YOUR SCHOOL AND PURCHASE A "SPAWNING MOP."A spawning mop is just like a mop of tangled up things dangling from a fixed point...........The tetra swim over this mop and lay their eggs to be fertilzed...............

I think you will need to get the ph of your water down to 6 or less. The cardinal I believe is one of theharder tetras to get to breed good luck.
