Hi, Can i put salt for this fish and treat zero disease... Cause the edge of the fish look like it is rotting.

Be very careful with salt on Altums, they are more sensitive than other fish. I would not go more than 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. The more important issue is to find out why your fish has fun rot. That is usually a water quality issue.
Antibiotics will reduce any infection from setting in on the fins but a water test to see where your parameters are would be a good idea.
