This morning I found my 130g not quite as full as in the evening and my living room flooded.
The 1' long venturi airator airline disconnected from the filter and siphoned all it could. I thought about the possibility of an airline siphoning in case of electrical blackout and put valves on those, but I missed that one.
Basically any hose that goes in your tank is a risk factor. Does not even need to go outside of it. Last month the hose from a little wet&dry on another tank disconnected from the "sump". It was still in the tank but the pump was strong enough to shoot the water over the top and on the floor.
