I'm looking for nice 6" specimens to buy. Does anyone know who mite be selling any, or where any can be bought this time of year. Looking to stock a 300 gal show tank.
 
don't think you can find any from vendors (not at a good price anyway). see if you can find any one selling locally or just wait until next season, which will be here in about 6-7 months.
 
i found some caribe at pet ststion, they r 3 to 4 inches. Ash is selling them for 69$ each i bought me 4 of them 2day.

not being funny i think Ash has the most fair prices 4 any pzzzz.

the dark ones r the 3 i already had, as for the darkness it happed when i put the other n the tank. it may have been the lite also, i never turn them on an they r n the basement, so they mayb pisst off from that. i was told that when they r mad they get dark like that also.
 
Why not just get some red belly pirahans? Alot cheaper and almost the same right? I dont really know anything about pirahans.
 
i also agree with the comment above, although i've never dealt with ash myself i've heard very good things about his prices
