Carinotetraodon travancoricus?

Im setting up a 35cm x 35cm x 40cm (LxWxH). 52L/14g. I was wondering how many pygmy puffers (Carinotetraodon travancoricus) i could keep in there (1,2,3 or more?). The tank will be alot planted.

I was thinking about feeding bloodworms and shrimp. How do you think that would work out?

You could also keep a small school of otos with them. I believe they won't eat most shrimp.

Thanks, i will get 4 to grow out, and as they grow, leave 1 male with two females.
Can they live on bloodworms only or do i have to feed snails also?

Bloodworms, mysys shrimp, tiny snails & freeze-dried plankton are all good.
