how can i receive or catch small common carp for my pond, i would like to have some of these for local kids to have fun and also clean up the bottom.

you really can't legaly do it as they are an invasive sp. of the us and you can't transport them alive or viable eggs...
Some times you can find them in the feeder tank at petco. You have to look very carefully. I have 3 baby mirror carp and one common that i got in the feeder tank.
they get in there cuz they somehow get trapped in the pools they use for feeders on the feeder farm
