i highly doubt it. what wattage are those lights? dodgy spectrum mix if you ask me.

I would be pessimistic about keeping carpet anemones at all. They have a nasty tendency to turn brown, shrivel up, and die.

Yes, they are expensive & grow huge. I wouldn't chance it, w/o the proper housing/lighting.
