Carpintis and water flow

I have a 55 gallon with 3 juvie carpintis about 2 inches, 1 bristlenose pleco and 6 cories. I have a fluval 406,penguin 350, and penguin 200 running with a koralia evo 800 powerhead. . I also have 5 crypts and some java fern in the tank. I have been reluctant to run the powerhead cause i thought it might be to much flow for the fish and the plants. N e 1 think this is overkill or to much current in the tank for the fish?

Prolly don't need the powerhead.

Thats kinda what i was thinking, just nice cause the powerhead really gets any debris moving

Yeah I agree with Jiant... But you can run it a couple hours out of the day to pick up the extra debris. I just wouldn't run it continuously.

Ok ty, I set up the powerhead to run for 2 1/2 hours during the day on a timer
