I just got some carpintis babies, three to be exact, they are all about 1". Anyway, I was wondering what the growth rate on these guys is? I have searched the forum and only found things saying that it "depends on the individual fish", I realize this, and I am looking for more of an average growth rate or typical growth rate.

I am feeding NLS Growth three to five times a day. I mis in brine shrimp and bloodworms as well.

Yessir they were, when you gonna stop by and help me sex these festae babies? and let me pay you!

Nice!
I can come by this weekend hopefully. I can bring my work camera if you want and get some hi-res shots of your fish and tanks. Just let me know.

Good deals! Shoot me an email sometime later this week and let me know!

Water changes water changes water changes!!!! The bigger the tank and the cleaner the water, the faster they grow. Doesnt matter if u feed them the most expensive food on the planet. If u dont do water changes, you will never grow the fish (in nitrates) to its full potential. Or dont overstock. But remember, only change enough water that your filter can handle biologically!!

Ive got them in a 55 gallon tank with 6 festae that are around 2". Filtration is a mag 250 hob and a ac 70 in addition to a old whisper 50 i think. WC I do once a week 50%. Good, bad?
