Carpintis herbivore or omnivore?

From what I read there is always conflicting information on different sites. Can n e one say for sure which they actually are

I know they like to chew on wood, but I don't know that that answers any questions.

If I remember the gut analysis I read, I think it's a detritivore. But it's been a while, I might not be remembering correctly.

Edit: Actually, I'm pretty sure I'm be remembering the H. cyanoguttatus.
