I got this fish a while back from my LFS... it was sold as a Texas, but I'm not too sure which it is. Can you guys help? It is about 4" now. Also, I posted a few pics of my Escondido a few minutes ago and they look nothing the same. Thanks.
carpintis or cyano?

I just read that the Carpintis will have "worm" like markings on it's face? I do not see those here. Also, the spotting seems to be more even like a Cyano... I'm really not too sure on this one? I was going with regular Carpintis at first, but I need a little help...
You can never be 100% sure when at this stage. But as the fish gets a bit older, you'll notice the differences. It looks more Carpintis to me. Here's a shot of my Cyano.
