carpintis or cyanoguttatus

Please help me identify this one I bought a month ago when I keeping it in a quarantine tank I thought it was cyanoguttatus few days ago I moved it to my display tank and then it showed some bright color and I got confused.

Looks like one the carpintus types, or Herichthys hybrid, and looks to be a female.
Which one, is anybodies guess, without knowing locate of ancestry, they all look quite similar.
I cropped it to help bring details more into view.,

Agreed, carpintis or mix of both.

Leaning towards carpintis because of the large blue spots.
