Cascade 1000

Does anybody have experience with these things? I cant get mine to fill up, the directions say to pump the button 4 times then waite 60 seconds. But it still doesnt fill up.
Anybody who knows anything about these please let me know.

did you put water in it prior to starting the process?

i do it with pretty much every filter!
i recommend trying it, if it doesn't work after that.
then i'd look for other help.

make sure you pump before plugging it in aswell.

done leave it running if nothings coming out, might burn out zee motor.

I had a fluval 404 that had to have water in it before starting thats why i think its wierd about this one. have you had a cascade before and used this process?

NOPE, i used to think cascades were hang ons lol.
til mfk came along.

i'd try throw some water in though!
 
fill it with water man i have one fill it with water first and ditch the instructions and pump it liek 7 times and listen you should here water flowwing into it then give it a few more pumps till u don here water
then turn it on it should clear the lines of any air that is left over soo try that and see what happens
 
Yep...just fill it with water, then prime it. IT'S That easy!!!
