cascade 1500 help

i have a cascade 1500 and i added biomax and i want to know if is in the right order?
this is how i have it right now, at bottom basket micro sponge, next one up is the carbon, next two i have filter media (the blue and white that you buy at petco), and the last two at the very top is the biomax.
is this the right order? or should i do something different?

I'd dump the carbon and add more bio media. Bio Max is good i use it myself. Ehfi Substrat Pro is also very good. I've heard good things about Matrix also. The blue and white that you buy at petco, is it this.

On my 404; I did this with media Bio Max/Ceramic Pre-filter rings, BioMax/BioMax, Ehfi SubstratPro/BioMax, Ehfi Substrat Pro/Aquarium River Rocks Gravel.

yes thats the blue and white stuff, ok i will get rid of the carbon and add more biomax\ceramic filter rings
so do i have everything in the right order? the biomax at the top and the filter pads at the bottom?

you have it setup ok. I would agree on dumping the carbon unless you a smelly tank or brown looking water. I have the prefilter and then every backet is full with bio media. I use matrix by Seachem and find it to be a great.

I WILL TAKE THE CARBON OUT AND AD MORE BIO MEDIA
