Two will be fine on there. In fact two of them will kick ass on that tank. there pretty much your regular canister filter. Nothing special nothing worse.
i only have one canister filter on the 150. i also have 2-75gallon bio-wheels running without media for extra biological filtration. think that will be enough for 7 fronts and 4 clown loaches?
