Cascade Filters

I am new to the forum but i thought I would give some input to the cascade filters with regard to the bypass they have.

I went to the hardware store and got some 1/4 inch weather stripping and stuck it to the top outside edge of the top basket to fill the gap and this has stopped all bypass.

NO I didn't say it stopped working, I said it stopped the bypass

your confusing but in more logical terms I think he is trying to say more water flows through tghe top basket vs around it!
